Metservice have been a Kypera customer since 2005 with the extensive use of Kypera Financials and XLR. David Humms, General Finance Manager, had been looking into Kypera Business and what the product could offer his organisation.

Initially it has been decided that Metservice will implement Purchase Ordering, Purchase Invoicing, Goods Receipting and Invoice Scanning.

In the future Metservice will be looking into other areas of the product such as the corporate charge card and expense facilities.

Currently a manual process; David is confident that the Kypera Business product; which is fully integrated into Kypera Financials, will remove the current paper trail and enable dynamic, real-time reporting.

The budget checking facility will ensure that budgets, along with hard and soft commitments, are reported on in a real time scenario. Kypera look forward to continue working with the Metservice.

This project will be live in November 2010.
