A quartet of Social Housing providers have opted for Covalent to support their performance improvement drives, taking the total number of Social Housing organisations using Covalent to over 50 (not including subsidiaries).

London based Newlon Housing Trust is a charitable housing association founded in Hackney in 1968 to provide decent and affordable homes for local people. Today it provides nearly 7,000 homes across north and east London with a further 1,600 homes currently in development. district. Newlon will use Covalent to monitor PIs, track action and improvement plans and to perform self assessments and prepare for inspections.

Plymouth Community Homes is the new housing association which has been set up to receive the transfer of about 15000 properties from Plymouth City Council. It is the largest locally based social housing provider in Plymouth. Plymouth Community Homes will be using Covalent to monitor PIs, track action and improvement plans and to manage corporate risks, tenant feedback and consultation events.  It  will also use Covalent's self assessment and inspection management module and Covalent Strategy Maps.

Pierhead Housing has been providing good quality homes for people in real housing need across Merseyside since 1971. It currently owns and manages over 1800 properties in Liverpool, Sefton and the Wirral. Pierhead will utilise Covalent to monitor PIs, track action and improvement plans, manage corporate risks and to perform self assessments and prepare for inspection.  It will also deploy the Covalent Strategy Maps module.

Greenfields Community Housing took over Braintree District Council’s homes in Nov 2007, following a tenant and leaseholder ballot for transfer in December 2006. Greenfields has approximately 8000 homes spread all over the district, which covers Braintree, Witham and Halstead and many surrounding towns and villages. It also has around 435 leasehold properties. Greenfields is currently carrying out a £98m major improvements plan to homes all over the district. Greenfields will be using Covalent to monitor PIs, track action and improvement plans and to manage corporate risks and tenant feedback.
