Residents from Cumbernauld are set for a bright new future as work on a new housing development in Seafar gets set to commence in the coming months.

Sanctuary Cumbernauld, a member of leading UK housing provider Sanctuary Group, is to begin work on their latest development on Fleming Road later this year.

Consisting of 31 new-build two-bedroom flats, the development will take approximately 12 months to complete and the properties will be made available to local residents for affordable rent.

Peter Martin, Director of Sanctuary Cumbernauld, said: “The start of these works mark a significant milestone in this project and in our future plans to develop high quality affordable homes across Cumbernauld that meet the long term needs of local residents.”
