Nottingham City Homes adopts Covalent Performance Management
Covalent has signed up its latest ALMO customer (its tenth to date), in the form of Nottingham City Homes.
Nottingham City Homes manages Nottingham City Council's rented and leasehold homes. It became operational on 1st April 2005 and transferred more than 1,400 staff from Nottingham City Council.
It is responsible for the day to day management of around 29,000 homes including services such as repairs, rent collection and tenancy management. It also looks after around 1,000 leasehold properties.
Nottingham City Homes will be using Covalent to track its performance indicators, manage its action plans and corporate risks and to perform self assessments in readiness for inspections. It will also be using the Covalent strategy maps, web publishing and integration modules.
Speaking on its decision to adopt Covalent, Nottingham City Homes' Performance Review Manager Tricia Quinn said, "During 2009 Nottingham City Homes decided to procure a dedicated performance management solution. Following an extensive procurement exercise, we decided to go with Covalent. We selected Covalent because they offered an established and highly sophisticated product, which could be customised to meet our needs. Covalent is extremely user-friendly and will enable us to efficiently obtain an up-to-date, accurate and holistic view of our corporate performance."
