Homeless Link appoints Mark McPherson as Director of Regions & Practice

Homeless Link, the national umbrella organisation for frontline homelessness organisations is delighted to announce the appointment of Mark McPherson as Director of Regions & Practice.
Mark has almost 20 years experience in a variety of roles in the voluntary sector, the last 4 of which have been at Look Ahead Housing & Care. At Look Ahead he was responsible for a management restructure and service improvement programme at the 173-bed Victoria Hostel, Westminster’s largest homelessness service, and for restructuring two tenancy sustainment teams. Prior to this he primarily worked in addiction and mental health services, both residential and non-residential treatment.
Jenny Edwards, Chief Executive of Homeless Link, said,
“Mark’s considerable experience working at a senior
level in a major frontline homelessness service will be a real
advantage in the context of our national policy and practice
improvement work with the sector. We are very excited about his
appointment and look forward to his contribution to our goal of
ending homelessness once and for all.”
Mark McPherson said, “I am delighted to be joining

difference to the national change agenda.”
