Safety Net Associates and the National ASB and RJ BTEC Education and Qualifications Programme have moved to the new Innovation Centre at the University of Kent in Canterbury.

As the name suggests the centre only caters for innovative services and businesses so Safety Net Associates were pleased with such recognition for themselves and the national BTEC Programme.

Safety Net Associates are also pleased that they and the BTEC Programme are being considered for the Queens Award for Innovation to be announced in the Spring of 2010.

In other exciting news the 2010 Winter and Autumn BTEC ASB & RJ programme will now be exclusively marketed by the Red Snapper Group.

This is as a direct result of requests by the contractor community used by your organisations and to service the wider requests from the growing student body who wish to be kept informed of the development and availability of the national programme.

Red Snapper Group will deal solely with all sales and marketing of the National Programme of BTEC Qualifications in ASB and Neighbourhood Nuisance Case Working and Restorative Justice Approaches in England and Wales and may be contacting you with regard to any additions to the programme as we proceed throughout the year.

All student services and academic enquiries will still be dealt with by Safety Net Associates at:

Safety Net Associates Limited

The Innovation Centre, University of Kent, University Road, Canterbury, Kent, CT2 7FG

Tel: 0845 299 7144
Email: btec.centre@safetynetassociates.co.uk

The strategic partnership will allow Safety Net Associates to focus more on the academic aspects and delivery of the programme which has already provided qualifications to over 600 students from over 200 organisations in 2009.

Safety Net Associates, Academic Director Bob Kennett said:
"As the need for our programme of qualifications has seen major growth passing the sales side of the business solely to the RSG will let us focus more on the actual delivery and development of the existing and new qualifications. Importantly the savings in marketing costs will enable us to keep the pricing of the courses at the same levels as we have previously achieved which are still way below the true market value of comparable qualifications for the benefit of our students and participating organisations"

For details of all of the qualifications in the programme, including in house opportunities visit www.criminaljusticeskills.co.uk/btec-courses/

Remember!!! The £100 ‘early bird discount’ for all qualifications ends on the 30th of November.

If you are unable to book before the 30th of November but do wish to attend the Winter term please call 0203 119 3335 immediately to register your interest.
