About the NFA Awards
The National Federation of ALMOs (Arms Length Management Organisations) represents and promotes the ALMO option in council housing management. There are 69 live ALMOs managing over one million council homes across England, more than half of the total stock.

The National Federation of ALMO (NFA) Awards were designed to recognise the achievements of individuals and teams working with the sector. Launched in 2007 the NFA Awards have grown in size and stature, receiving support and endorsements from across the government and social housing sector, and are now the leading awards in the social housing calendar.

The NFA Awards evening is attended by senior NFA members including ALMO CEOs, Tenant Chairs, Ministers, MP’s and high-profile guests.
