Invicta Telecare appoints new Assistant Operations Director

Following a successful temporary secondment, Catherine Shipley has been appointed as Invicta Telecare’s Assistant Operations Director.
Invicta Telecare is the largest independent provider of Telecare services in the UK and part of Circle Anglia, one of the largest providers of affordable housing. As part of the group, Invicta provides vital Telecare support to over 96,000 vulnerable people across the UK and its local support service helps over 2,000 people to live independently throughout Kent.
Catherine’s role will encompass all aspects of the monitoring service, including social alarm, out-of-hours calls and business support and ensure Invicta consistently exceeds the relevant TSA Codes of Practice and performance targets.
