RESIDENTS who rent with Sentinel Housing Association will be turning out in force next week to choose from a stunning new range of designer kitchens and bathrooms.
To mark the launch of a £13m investment in existing homes across North Hampshire, Sentinel residents in line for a kitchen and bathroom makeover will be able to mix and match from various kitchen ranges, and customise their new home improvements.
Sentinel expects the record investment to benefit more than 1000 local homes this year, and to offer residents more choice, the Kitchen and Bathroom Exhibition will feature real kitchens already fitted out to show customers what they can expect.
Executive Director Val Bagnall said: “We’re investing record amounts on the major items our customers tell us they value most, so it makes sense to us to ensure residents have the chance to mix and match designs, view layouts, and learn about all the extras. We are delighted to be able to offer our customers a real choice in how their homes look.”
Around 500 residents due for a new kitchen or bathroom have been invited for a sneak preview at Hook Community Centre on Saturday 2 May 2009, between 10am and 3pm.
Mr Bagnall added: “The extra investment is a bonus for both customers and local contractors, especially given the challenges of the economic situation.”
