Invicta Telecare’s reputation of delivering a first class customer focussed service paid dividends in successfully securing three new exciting contracts.
Connaught Partnerships is so impressed with the outstanding service it currently receives through its numerous existing contracts with Invicta Telecare it decided to extend their strong partnership to include Town & Country Housing. Under the new agreement Invicta Telecare will provide Town & Country Housing’s out of hours responsive repairs answering service to over 7600 properties.
Another Connaught client in North London selected Invicta Telecare to manage its out of hours calls for 14,000 properties following a successful visit by its officers and tenants to view their operation at the main office at Basted House in Borough Green.
Until recently Invicta Telecare provided a monitoring service to Dartford Borough Council on behalf of Amicus. Dartford Borough Council recently tendered this service together with their Out of Hours telephone call handling to 4770 properties and other residents. Despite very strong competition Invicta Telecare were awarded the contract and in addition asked to provide its lone working service to selected employees.
