The Govtoday Greening the FE & HE Sectors Conference and Exhibition will map out the future direction for the Further and Higher Education Sectors in the carbon reduction agenda.

At present, the annual energy costs for the FE & HE sectors alone are around £200 million, resulting in CO2 emissions of around 3½ million tonnes per year. In line with wider carbon reduction policy the Government plans to reduce these emissions by 20%.
