LHT shortlisted for regional contact centre award

Liverpool Housing Trust’s (LHT) Customer Service Centre has been shortlisted for the ‘Contact Centre of the Year’ award at the Northwest Contact Centre Awards 2012.
The award recognises a high quality service to customers and colleagues and the nomination highlights the dedicated work from staff at LHT to ensure that tenants receive the highest standard of service.
LHT’s customer service officer Kellie Haywood has been individually recognised as she has been shortlisted for ‘Agent of the Year’ for delivering an excellent service to customers and to her colleagues.
Diane Evans, customer service centre manager at LHT said: “We are extremely proud of our Customer Service Team. To be shortlisted for the ‘Contact Centre of the Year’ award is a testament of their hard work and commitment to our tenants.”
The results are due to be announced in October at The Palace Hotel, Manchester.
