Students in Manchester have commended the work of the staff at Sanctuary Students Grafton Street accommodation after it won this year’s Manchester Student Homes Private Hall Award.
The student nominations for Grafton Street, which is managed by leading student accommodation provider Sanctuary Students, were outstanding, with high praise given for the customer service.
As one student commented: “The staff at Grafton Street are what really set this accommodation apart from others. They are all so friendly, helpful and welcoming and provide us with an excellent level of customer service.”
Grafton Street is conveniently located just a short walk away from both Manchester University and Manchester Metropolitan. The accommodation has a total of 590 en-suite, standard and deluxe rooms with features including flat screen TVs, leather sofas, 24 hour maintenance support and inclusive bills and contents insurance.
Alene Campbell, Director of Operational Services for Sanctuary Students, commented: “We are constantly striving to better ourselves in providing accommodation which is more than just a room. Our dedicated staff are there to support students at every stage of their journey at university and it’s great that they have been recognised by Manchester Student Homes for the hard work they put in.”
Manchester Student Homes is a free housing service run for students by the major Manchester universities. The awards were created to recognise and reward the hard work and professionalism of accredited landlords as well as local residents and community groups who “help make Manchester a great place to live.”
