Aims & Objectives

The education system has experienced some of its most far reaching reforms over the past couple of years. Our Academy Leaders Forum is specifically designed for education leaders to build on the progress of the academies programme so far. With a strong focus on leadership, partnership working and financial management, this forum explores key topics including:effective financial management, multi-academy trusts and leadership across institutions.

With further changes to funding due and new opportunities presented through different academy models and effective school to school learning,  understanding and fully engaging with the implications of these changes is essential in driving school improvement.

Bringing together the Department for Education, Education Funding Agency, and senior figures from a variety of academies and local authorities, this interactive forum provides a unique opportunity to share the latest national policy and local good practice in order to raise standards.
