Dawn Mulholland has been appointed CEO of UniServity, creators of the Life Learning Cloud learning platform. Former COO for the company, Dawn replaces Matt Clarke who formulated the original vision for Life in 2010 - UniServity’s next generation online learning space designed to provide an easy-to-use and safe environment for learning anytime, anywhere, at any age or stage.
Dawn will be responsible for developing, managing and growing the business in the academies and school federation market, working directly with schools and local authorities and its growing network of partner companies. Significant resource will also be dedicated to migrating UniServity’s current client base from its traditional clc Learning Platform to the company’s new Life cloud-based teaching and learning resource.
Platform-agnostic consultancy services for teachers and curriculum leaders will also figure high on the agenda with UniServity’s CPD team working with schools to evaluate current usage of their learning platform and provide strategic advice on how to make the most of it. This new service has been introduced in response to demand from clusters of primary schools no longer supported by their local authority.
Commenting on her appointment, Dawn Mulholland said, “I am thrilled to be appointed CEO of UniServity and look forward to using my strong business development skills to further grow our significant share of the education market. Matt Clarke, my predecessor did an excellent job formulating the original vision for Life – its ingredients, thinking and technology and the spark that brought it all together – now the stage is set, it is my intention to take UniServity to the next level.”
