Jubliee Way, Navenby
A new £2.65m million development in Navenby has created 24 homes, bringing much needed affordable housing to the area.
Jubliee Way, off High Dyke, was built for Longhurst & Havelok Homes by local construction company Lindum. There are eighteen homes available, these consist of 2 and 3 bedroom flats, houses and bungalows for rent and six, 2 and 3 bedroom houses for Shared Ownership.
A £363,000 investment was provided by the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA), the national housing and regeneration agency for England. This has ensured residents will benefit from solar panels supplying hot water to their homes along with a high standard of finish and specification to provide comfort and security within their new homes.
Mike Hardy, Managing Director, L&H Homes, said: “We have a long established, partnership with Lindum, built up over several successful schemes over the years. The properties have been built to a high standard and we hope residents will enjoy living in their new homes for years to come.”
Tony Lawton of Lindum added “”We are delighted to have worked with L&H Homes in bringing this housing scheme to Navenby. It is particularly pleasing to be involved in providing affordable new homes for the benefit of local families within our own community.
