Man charged over 1995 murder
Eleven people have been arrested by police investigating a suspected manslaughter at a Nottingham care home in 2012.
Ivy Atkin, 86, died in November 2002 after moving out of the Autumn Grange care home.
A Nottinghamshire Police spokesperson said: "An investigation into the standard of care provided to residents at Autumn Grange is also under way and police are working closely with partner agencies to establish if any criminal offences took place."
Six women, aged between 19 and 52, and five men, aged 37 to 77, have been arrested.
Autumn Grange was shut down in 2012 when its council contract was suspended following a Care Quality Commission (CQC) inspection which discovered fire safety issues and problems with cleanliness.
