Cumbria Council for Voluntary Service (CVS) have invested in Knowledge Maps to support staff and volunteers. They have found it to be a useful tool for finding their way around policies and procedures. It is easy to use and clear to understand. They also have a section on Governance.

Organisational policies and procedures can be hard to work through and digest. A Knowledge Map can turn these into a set of easy to use, graphical questions and answers. These maps save time for your organisation and ensure good consistent advice for your staff. It is also a useful tool for organisations considering home working.
