Equity Fun Day
Equity Housing Group recently held a series of 'Fun Days' for its customers across Manchester, Shropshire and Yorkshire.
Each day was a chance for Equity staff to meet and speak to residents. It was also an opportunity for customers to give feedback about the services they receive from Equity, particularly around repairs, neighbourhoods, Anti-Social Behaviour and gardening services.
Members of Equity's Customer Panel were on hand to speak to fellow customers about the benefits of getting involved with Equity through one of the many options available.
But the day was also about fun, and there was lots to see and do for everyone. As well as a giant slide, ball pool and a life size human table football game, there were also colouring and photography competitions.
Customers also had the chance to make their own hanging baskets and win prizes ranging from a box of chocolates, to a widescreen TV through tombolas and prize draws.
Commenting on the events success, Equity Chief Executive David Fisher said; "We want to involve our customers as much as possible in deciding what we do and how we do things, so events like this are invaluable. It's great to be able to listen to our customers and find out their views about what we are doing well and where we need to improve."
