Happy first birthday to Alliance Homes

This month Alliance Homes celebrates its first birthday. Last year, as well as a name change, the social enterprise also launched its in-house repairs service, Property Care Direct.

A year on Clive Bodley, Chief Executive of Alliance Homes said: "We are proud of our reputation and have many achievements to look back on. These range from achieving 100% Decent Homes standard to delivering one of the UK's largest solar panel projects. Being recognised for our work with young people was a proud moment and we plan to build on this by developing a series of training and employment initiatives including the setting up of a social enterprise to provide training and employment to homeless people."
