The Mayor of Halton, Tim McInerney and Derek Twigg MP will be attending the event as well as Carol Highton, one of Runcorn’s Olympic Torch bearers, who will proudly be displaying the famous beacon that lit up Runcorn town centre. There will also be stalls from local services who will be on hand to provide advice to the community.
