A reward of up to £1,000 is available after an elderly Radlett man was threatened and attacked in his home.

The man, in his 90s, was threatened by three male offenders.

The man, who does not wish to be identified, said:  “I have been through the war and had knives pulled on me before, but you don’t expect it in peace time, in your own home! I keep seeing them barging through the door at me and I now have trouble sleeping. This incident is on my mind the whole time. Because of this incident I have had to leave my house where I have lived for 60 years and where I raised my children. I think that’s disgraceful.”

Information can be given to Crimestoppers anonymously by calling 0800 555 111. Information can also be given anonymously using Crimestoppers' anonymous online information giving form but rewards cannot be claimed for information given online.
