Over the past three years crime-fighting charity Crimestoppers has seen a 32 per cent increase in the number of people arrested and charged as a result of information passed to the charity. This equates to 2027 more people arrested and charged as a result of information given to the charity over the last three years. [17 May 2011]
This is a personal best for the charity along with achieving their highest amount of actionable information received.
