A man is facing jail after writing a 'novel' online which included details of raping and murdering a woman he stalked for two years in real life.

40-year-old Greg Downing made the posts online last year after meeting Katharine Quarmby on a dating website.  After meeting, he hounded Ms Quarmby with e-mails and phone calls.
