A new publication from Participation Works provides information on remunerating and rewarding children and young people’s involvement.

Participation Works has produced a series of free ‘How to…’ guides available to anyone with an interest in youth participation.
How to remunerate and reward children and young people’s involvement, introduces some practical examples of how to remunerate and reward children and young people and looks at issues surrounding the development of a remuneration and reward policy.

Participation Works is a consortium of six national children’s charities aiming to enable organisations to effectively involve children and young people in the development, delivery and evaluation of services that affect their lives.
