Participation Works, a consortium of six national children’s charities has published a new Toolkit on Evaluating Participation Work.

The toolkit comes in three documents; Evaluation in a Nutshell, Evaluating Participation Work – The Guide and Evaluating Participation Work – The Toolkit.
Evaluation in a Nutshell is a short guide that breaks down the evaluation process into simple easy to follow steps.
Evaluating Participation Work - The Guide gives guidance on the process of evaluating participation work and how to use the tools provided in the 'Toolkit'.
Evaluating Participation Work - The Toolkit is a compilation of sample forms and activities that can be adapted or copied to collect information during evaluation.

Mandy Douglas, Head of Participation Works said: ‘We are delighted to have published this fantastic new tool. Everyone involved in the making of this toolkit has worked really hard and we are extremely happy with the end result. We hope organisations find this toolkit useful in helping them to evaluate children and young people’s participation in their organisations and projects.’

Participation Works enable organisations to effectively involve children and young people in the development, delivery and evaluation of services that affect their lives.
