New Magna homes for Exmoor
Published by webmaster for Magna Housing Group in Communities
As part of its commitment to providing more affordable housing to communities across the South West, Magna West Somerset Housing Association is pleased to announce another new development.
Magna’s latest development is located on Exmoor National Park and is expected to be completed by mid June of this year.
Six new homes will be made available for rent in Pixton Way, Dulverton providing a mixture of flats, a bungalow and family homes.
These new homes will be let in accordance with Exmoor National Park’s planning policy which aims to help local communities with their housing needs. Those residents who are successfully nominated will need to meet local connection criteria set by Exmoor National Park.
These include ten years’ continuous residence in the Parish or an adjoining one in the National Park, needing to live in the Parish to care for someone who has lived there for ten years or a need to live in the Parish as an essential part of employment.
Anyone interested in finding out further details about how they could be considered for a home at Pixton Way, should contact Colin Savage, rural housing enabler for Exmoor National Park, on 01398 322249.
