Public service reform must deliver better for less says Northgate

In a response to the government’s call for evidence on public service reform, Northgate Public Services today that there must be a relentless focus on improving public service delivery by increasing quality and productivity.

In a wide ranging response, Northgate suggests that embracing new forms of working with the private and not-for-profit sectors and pooling of resources could generate savings, improvements, and better services for citizens.
