Richard Roberts, Head of Prepaid Cards, at allpay will be presenting 'The Government Funded Prepaid Opportunity' at the Prepaid International Forum AGM & Global Summit 2010 which returns to South Lodge in West Sussex this week 29th - 30th September.

Richard will discuss how to create efficiency by streamlining transactions, decreasing paperwork and improving quality through allpay's Prepaid MasterCard Card.
