The new Intercept RBV CiCs solution, integrated with IEG4’s eCiCs form, uses proven RBV new claims propensity risk models to assess the risk associated with changes in circumstances reported. It ensures that the process for customers who are classed as low risk is instant and automated, and the process for medium to high risk customers requires claimants to provide the evidence needed to back up their change requests.

Coactiva is in the process of making its RBV CiCs technology available via other solution providers in addition to IEG4.
