Coactiva’s Risk Based Verification features in DWP’s Colchester Case Study

Coactiva is pleased to announce that the DWP has recently published an online case study featuring their Intercept Risk Based Verification (RBV) solution.

The case study outlines the benefits of e-claim and how Colchester Borough Council is at the forefront of using both interactive eclaim forms and Coactiva Intercept’s RBV software. The Local Authority has been using RBV for over a year and has already seen significant process improvement and financial reward.

Using the combined solutions, Colchester BC delivered £300,000 in savings by April 2011[i], with over £60,000 directly attributed to the implementation of RBV.

Applying a complete electronic process meant that Colchester Borough Council not only exceeded the financial guidelines outlined in their service review, but also met the targets of their 3 key drivers: customer service; efficiencies; and effectiveness.
