WNWhL finalists at the TPAS northern region awards 2011

West North West homes Leeds were proud to have been a finalist at the Tenant Participation Advisory Service (TPAS) Northern Region awards 2011.

They were short-listed for the Best Practice in the Community Awards for the sheltered computer clubs developed by their independent living teams in partnership with Infostore. The computer clubs provide computer equipment and training to customers in their sheltered schemes.

 WNWhL were also short-listed for the Equality and Diversity Award for the cohesion and diversity team's Faiths United project. The project has taken over 100 WNWhL customers and staff on tours of different places of worship in Leeds to promote an understanding of different faiths.
