The 2010-11 improvement programme at North Devon Homes has been awarded to Connaught Partnerships. Connaught will undertake approx 800 items of work including heating upgrades, bathroom replacements and external decorations.

The programme will start in July 2010 and will be completed in March 2011. Throughout the programme the emphasis will be on using local labour wherever possible to deliver the works.

Roy Porter, Connaught Partnership project manager, said: “We are delighted to be working in partnership with North Devon Homes. With over 27 years experience Connaught is able to offer the very best in customer service and we are looking forward to commencing the improvement programme that will make a huge difference to the lives of North Devon Homes residents.”

This year’s programme will provide greater value for money compared to last year and a new team at Connaught are committed to maintaining the high levels of satisfaction achieved in the first three years of the programme.
