More from Dale & Valley Homes

Join Dale & Valley Homes on a vintage camper van tour of Wear Valley this summer.

We want to know what you think about how council housing is run in this area so we are going out and about to find out.

The camper van will be visiting a community near you and part of a massive consultation on new standards for how Dale & Valley Homes delivers its services.

Sam Brennand, acting customer involvement manager, said: “There has been a change in the way housing providers like us are regulated and, as a result, we are having to produce a new set of service standards.

“We are involving customers at all stages of the process and this is just the latest of several rounds of consultation. We hope people will pop along and tell us what they think.

“The tour is from August 16 to 19 beginning in Wearhead and ending in West Auckland. A full list of stops is on our website at www.daleandvalleyhomes.co.uk.”
