Leading disability charity Papworth Trust is completing a major
review of its communications with the appointment of Helen Sampson
as Marketing Manager. She is moving from Hodder & Stoughton,
one of the UK’s most successful publishers and home to number
one bestselling authors such as Jodi Picoult and Stephen King.
Helen has worked with celebrity authors such as Jeremy Kyle,
Clarissa Dickson Wright and Kate Adie, and has created campaigns
for fiction authors including Melissa Hill and number one
bestseller Mike Gayle.
Before she joined Hodder, Helen worked for the formerly
Cambridge-based publisher Icon Books, best known for their
much-loved Introducing series.
“Papworth Trust has undergone a phenomenal transformation,
doubling in size within three years. We are delighted to have Helen
on board as we gear up to double in size again and become a
national charity within the next five years” says Chief
Executive Officer Adrian Bagg.
