Important note: These are Home Office fully funded events and
BTEC qualifications. All elements of this programme are free
to registered delegates. Registration is still open via the

New venue announced
Due to a high level of interest we are pleased to announce an
additional date and venue for the CDRP Academy events in
London.
- London School of Economics on the 13th of April 2010.
This is now open to new bookings onto the programme only. If you are already booked onto another event you will not be able to transfer.

Who should attend these events?
These CDRP Academy events are intended to enable and empower CDRP/CSPs and other multi agency partners to share data with Hospital A&E departments with a view to reducing crime and neighbourhood nuisance.
The events therefore are aimed at any person or organisation with an interest or responsibility for community safety, crime reduction, ASB, tackling knife crime or alcohol issues.
Example organisations/persons that should attend (including but not limited to):
- Housing Providers/Registered Social Landlords
- Police
- NHS/PCT/A&E personnel
- Local Authorities
- ASB Teams/practitioners
- Youth Offending Teams
- Fire Service
- Neighbourhood Wardens

Development of the qualifications associated with this event.
The following 2 new qualifications will be available only to a limited number of CDRP Academy delegates.
The learning hours and assessment are based on attendance at the events, a work placed assignment and attendance at the Summer Evaluation Conference.
- BTEC Foundation Award for Advocate Practitioner Data Analysts in a CDRP/CSP and A&E Department setting for Data Sharing.
- BTEC Foundation Award for Advocate Lead Managers of Information & Data Sharing between CDR/CSP and A&E Departments.
Additional fully funded Home Office bursaries now available for developing BTEC accredited qualifications as Specialist Advisors for data and information sharing

Is there a cost to attend these events?
No. These events are fully funded by the Home Office. This
includes;
- The option of a fully funded BTEC Accredited Foundation Award to a limited number of delegates. (T&Cs can be found at the registration page).
- A full six month membership to the Student Support Zone (see
website for details). Refreshments, lunch and all course materials
are.
- A fully funded national evaluation Summer conference (for BTEC
Accredited delegates)
