One of the country’s leading social housing and regeneration specialists, Bramall Construction, has appointed a New Business Manager for Older Persons’ Housing.
Eunice Taylor, who lives in Manchester, joins the Salford-branch of Bramall Construction to help develop a range of housing solutions for both older and vulnerable people across the North West.
Eunice will build upon Bramall’s existing client base to deliver specialist housing facilities such as Extra Care developments for the over ‘55’s, as well as remodelling or refurbishing out dated sheltered housing schemes.
She will form part of Bramall’s business development team which is responsible for establishing new working relationships and extending the company’s client base.
Eunice has more than 20 years’ experience of working in the social housing sector which extends to working for Harvest Housing Group and a number of local authorities ranging from Tameside to Oldham and Rochdale.
“I’m thrilled to be joining Bramall Construction and am looking forward to using my previous experience and expertise to help our partners develop new and innovative forms of housing,” said Eunice.
“My plan is to expand Bramall’s expertise in the area of extra care and to add to our client base using new and existing business contacts.
“I decided to apply for a job at Bramall Construction as I thought it would be a really good company to work for, as Bramall is part of the Keepmoat Group which has an excellent track record when it comes to delivering specialist housing for older people.
“I’m looking forward to forging new contacts with people and working in partnership with clients, stakeholders and customers to deliver greater quality homes and a wider choice when it comes to older people’s housing.”
Bramall’s Area Director Paul Hughes said: “We are delighted to welcome Eunice into the team and intend to use her expertise to break new ground when it comes to developing older people’s housing in the North West.
“Eunice has a strong customer focus and works hard to build strong client relationships. I am confident she will ensure that our products and services meet our client’s expectations wherever possible.
“Her specialist experience and knowledge brings added value to our specialist housing projects and we are delighted to have her on board.”
