Housing 21 has announced a new management structure following its recent acquisition of Claimar Care Group. The new structure will enable the leading provider of housing and care services to build on the combined strengths of both organisations.

Les Clarke, who was previously Director of Older People’s Services has become Strategy and Service Development Director. A second new post of Care and Health Services Operations Director is to be taken up by Dominic Rothwell, who was previously Managing Director of SureCare. As well as the management of the combined care operations of Housing 21 and former Claimar Care, Dominic’s role will include continued direct support of The Complete Group and SureCare, subsidiaries of Housing 21.

The other management team posts remain as before with Tayo Bilewu holding the post of Development Director and Paul Richards as Housing Services Operations Director. Nick Townend has assumed the role of Interim Group Finance Director. He was previously Group Finance director of Claimar Care Group plc.

Commenting on the new structure, Pushpa Raguvaran, Chief Executive, said: “The combined organisation will provide enormous potential for the growth and development of new services for older people. There will be opportunities and challenges ahead and the new management structure will ensure our continued growth and delivery of high quality integrated services.”
