The completion of ten new homes in Easton on the Hill, Stamford is being celebrated by Spire Homes and East Northamptonshire Council. Spire Homes have recently completed the ten, 2 and 3 bedroom homes which will be offered for rent in the near future.

John Farrar, Chairman of Spire Homes speaking for the tenants who will be moving in, said “This new development demonstrates Spire’s long term commitment to providing high quality, homes for families to rent at affordable levels.”

Working in partnership with parent Longhurst Group’s Development Team, New Business Manager Dale Hall said, ““With demand for rural homes on the increase and available land at a premium, we are delighted with the support the local authority and the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) have been able to give us. We have been able to take unwanted, overgrown land and build ten much needed high quality family homes in a popular rural area.”

Cllr Sarah Peacock, East Northamptonshire Council’s Chairman said “It is a great achievement in the present financial climate to see the successful completion of these homes in Easton on the Hill. New homes for families are much needed in the north of the district particularly in the rural areas."
