More from Dale & Valley Homes

New online services are being launched this week for all council tenants in Wear Valley.
For the first time tenants whose homes are managed by Dale & Valley Homes will be able to diagnose and report repairs, report anti-social behaviour and find out about future events online.
The company is launching its new website this week (December 16), after months of planning.
Customers have been involved in deciding what the new site will look like and what it will be able to do.
Other new features include online job applications, a blog from company chair Norman Button, all Dale & Valley Homes news and the ability to translate the site into other languages.
Chief executive Peter Chaffer said: “The new website is a huge improvement on what we had before.
It gives people the opportunity to find out more about us, our work, our improvements schedules and our policies. There is information on how customers can become involved in our work and it features pictures of real staff and real customers.
“We hope our customers will use the site to keep in touch with what is happening as well as to tell us about repairs and other issues.
“Staff have been working very hard in recent weeks to prepare all the information for the site and I think they have done a tremendous job.”
The new website will become live on Wednesday, December 16. Until then the old site is still available. The address is www.daleandvalleyhomes.co.uk.
