Russet Homes has unwrapped its brand new slicker, quicker and
more interactive website in time for Christmas. Incorporating
Circle Anglia’s striking corporate colours giving it a fresh
look and feel, the website has been designed to make navigation
easy and fun to use.
Part of Circle Anglia – one of the UK’s largest
providers of affordable housing in the UK, Russet Homes own and
manage around 6,600 properties in Tonbridge and Malling.
Tenants, Portfolio Holders and staff were consulted to help shape
the content and layout of the new site which forms part of the
Circle Anglia group website.
Gill Howgate, Russet Homes Director of IT Services, said: “As the internet is fast becoming many peoples chosen method of communication we felt it was the right time to offer our tenants a website which was more interactive and gave better access to our services.”
Frequent users of the old site and tenants visiting the site for the first time, will find a wealth of useful features and information. Tenants will be able to:

• get involved, with resident panels and forums
• report anti-social behaviour, feedback on the service they
receive, or contact Russet Homes online
• log in and view rent statements or report a repair via the
Tenant Website
• find the answers to most tenancy questions
• pay rent online via the Tenant Website
• find publications and policies
• view home improvement schedules
• get financial advice, and job-hunting tips
• use a map to search and find events, training opportunities,
community centres and local amenities.
