Darren Gunn has been appointed as the new Managing Director at
Cornwall-based Coastline Services.
Darren, who steps up to the MD position from his Contracts Manager
post at Coastline Services, has worked in the construction industry
for over 19 years. He has been a Contracts Manager for the
past 7 seven, managing a variety of schemes in the private sector,
and started his career as a carpenter/joiner with Ponsanooth-based
E Thomas Construction (later known as Mowlem).
As MD of Coastline Services Ltd (CSL), Darren will head an
organisation with a turnover of in excess of £4 million,
which currently employs over 70 staff including a large response
maintenance fleet and on-site recycling depot.

as Managing Director following a rigorous recruitment

"He brings substantial private sector experience and a commercial

Coastline Services is a property and grounds maintenance company,
offering everything from a new build to a new tap. The company
works in both the public and private sectors, and specialises in
areas such as housing refurbishment, kitchen and bathroom
installation, double glazing manufacture and install, and planned
and responsive property and grounds maintenance.
Darren lives in Truro with his wife and two young children and,
outside the office, enjoys family time, football and rowing.
