More from Dale & Valley Homes

Communities across Wear Valley will benefit from another huge donation to the Better Homes, Better Lives Fund.
Dunelm Property Services has given £5,000 to the fund, which was launched by Dale & Valley Homes in May this year.
Already many groups have received grants from the fund, which donates up to £500 a time to community groups and projects in the Wear Valley area.
Dunelm is the company which is contracted to do major improvement works to the council houses managed by Dale & Valley Homes.
As part of the Esh Group, Dunelm has a history of community service.
Customer services director Heather Newell said: “We are delighted to be able to give something back to the communities in which we work.
“We work in partnership with Dale & Valley Homes to improve the quality of people’s homes and this is an extension of that. It is a partnership in the commitment of both companies to going that step further to improve the lives of people living in this area.”
Peter Chaffer, chief executive of Dale and Valley Homes, added: “We launched the Better Homes. Better Lives fund to forward our own aims of building stronger communities. Both our major partners, Gentoo and now Dunelm, have supported that commitment with donations of their own.
“Working together in this way we can help more groups help more people.”
