Liverpool Housing Trust (LHT), part of Vicinity Group have exceeded their excellent track record in customer service by winning Team of the Year in the CallNorthWest Annual North West Contact Centre Awards, as well as being finalists in two other categories. The Customer Service Centre (CSC) scooped the CallNorthWest Contact Centre of the Year award in 2008 and they are winners again in 2009.
In addition, LHT Customer Service Officer, Barbara Martin was highly commended as Agent of the Year in these awards.
On presentation of the award, the Judges said of the CSC: “The winners of this award displayed a strong sense of team working, with the customer experience and satisfaction at the forefront of their service delivery. They clearly and naturally demonstrated their passion and with enthusiasm aplenty this team has raised the bar in terms of performance.”
LHT CSC Manager, Diane Evans commented: “This is a fantastic endorsement. The CSC is committed to providing excellent service to all our customers and we are delighted to be winners for the second year running in these awards.”
The CSC was shortlisted for Contact Centre of the Year in the National Customer Service Awards in 2008 and is a finalist again in 2009. The winners will be announced in December.
