National Customer Service Week is designed to raise awareness of customer service and the vital role it plays within an organisation. It is also an opportunity to say a big thank you to those who work in customer service for a job well done.

Gateway Direct, CGA’s new contact centre was the focal point of the activities, which included
• Over and Above competition
• Corporate Complaints Challenge
• Customer Profiling Quiz
At CGA’s headquarters customers were able to give feedback on their service experience and were able to enter competitions to win a food hamper and a guess the marbles in a jar contest.
“It’s been a great week,” commented Caroline
Scott Customer Services Manager
