Coactiva Aspiren today announced that West Mercia Housing Group is the latest Social Housing provider to adopt the Aspireview Performance Management solution.
West Mercia Housing Group, consists of Harden Housing Association, Kemble Housing, Nexus Housing, Supported Housing for Young People Project (SHYPP) and Whitefriars Housing Group who together manage approximately 24,000 homes across the West Midlands, Herefordshire and Worcestershire.
Liz Staveley, Business Services Director of West Mercia Housing Group, said, “Coactiva quickly demonstrated a good understanding of the business and operational issues we face with collating and presenting our Performance Information. Their Aspireview solution showed clear and effective way to address our needs, as well as adding another dimension to the
process with the management of related Corporate Risks and Actions.”
As a group, West Mercia has grown considerably, increasing the burden of reporting performance at both member and Group level. West Mercia Housing Group are looking to Aspireview to deliver performance information directly to the desktop helping staff manage their key performance indicators, corporate risk and action plans as well as utilising the Aspireview Key Lines Of Enquiry (KLOE) module to help them prepare for short notice and planned inspections.
Andrew Carroll, Head of ICT at Whitefriars Housing Group, added: “We were impressed by how quickly Aspireview was configured to meet our exact requirements. This combined with the fact it is a fully web based solution enabling very quick roll out with minimal IT involvement, made selecting it a very simple decision indeed.”
Ray Fielding, CEO of Coactiva Group commented, “coactiva aspiren is delighted that West Mercia Housing Group is yet another Social Housing provider who has selected the Aspireview solution to help drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency throughout the organisation.”
Following the acquisition of Aspiren (Company number: 4152031) by SunGard in 2007, the Aspiren business traded as a separate legal entity within the SunGard group until December 2009, at which point it was merged into SunGard Public Sector and traded as a separate business unit under SunGard Public Sector until November 2010. In November 2010 the Aspiren business was acquired by coactiva and the business resumed trading as a separate entity under coactiva ownership.
