Anita Iles has been awarded one of just three places for the highest achiever in the south east region by the Chartered Institute of Housing which will be presented at the House of Commons in February 2010.

Anita, Income Recovery Officer for Russet Homes, heard this week she has won the award for securing top grades in the CIH Diploma which she passed with Distinction. The diploma will assist Anita to progress in her career and to develop her housing knowledge as the course covers all aspects of housing including the current challenges.

Ivanna Roberts-Cillia, Russet Homes Head of Housing, said: “This is a year full of achievements for Anita. She extended her family with a new arrival, passed the Diploma with distinction and has won a prestigious award. What makes it even more impressive is the fact she studied whilst completing her full time job and then during her maternity leave, both of which took time away from her studies, but she has still achieved a fantastic result. I am very proud of her, as are her colleagues.”

Part of Circle Anglia – one of the UK’s largest providers of affordable housing in the UK - Russet Homes own and manage around 6,600 properties in Tonbridge and Malling.
