Rose Williams was ‘All Shook Up’ after a surprise visit from Elvis Presley.

Rose, an 81 year old Knowsley Housing Trust (KHT) resident from Greenwood Close in Prescot recently bounced back from cancer following surgery and was rewarded with a special serenade from an Elvis impersonator.

Rose who is a huge Elvis fan, ‘Couldn’t help falling in love’ with KHT’s Liam Doyle’s performance as Elvis after KHT scheme manager, Debbie Waring saw Liam’s performance at a recent KHT party.

Debbie Waring said:

“Rose is a popular friend and neighbour and we really wanted to make her happy after her recent operation. When we saw Liam dress up and sing brilliantly as Elvis at a recent KHT party, I knew that Rose would really love it.”

Rose re-affirmed her ‘Loving Feeling’ for her friends after Elvis officially left the building.
