More from Southern Housing Group

Southern Housing Group has launched a new telephone number to save residents money today.

Calls to the Group’s Customer Service Centre will now cost the same as standard landline numbers, and calls from a mobile will cost the same as landline numbers. Calls to the 0300 number can usually be part of your inclusive minutes from landlines and from mobiles in the same way as calls to other geographic numbers.

The new number will put residents in direct contact with the Group’s Service Centre teams, who are trained to deal with enquiries, including maintenance and repairs, rent queries and neighbourhood issues.

Regional Director, Guy Collar, said:

“We are always looking for better ways to support our residents and make it easy for them to get in touch with us. By changing our Customer Service Centre number, we hope to help remove any financial barriers that may prevent our residents from getting in touch with us. We aim to encourage residents to make use of our services, which are designed to help as fast and effectively as possible.”

Residents will still be able to pay rent, report repairs and contact the Group about anything else through our website: www.shgroup.org.uk

The new 0300 numbers are:

Southern Housing Group and James Butcher Housing Association: 0300 303 1771
South Wight Housing Association: 0300 303 1772
Service Centre Bengali line - 0300 303 1682
Service Centre Turkish line - 0300 303 1683
