Gateway Cricket Team Celebrate Success
A team from Community Gateway Association ( CGA) and Jackson Lloyd won the first Forbes Solicitors cricket tournament which was played at Darwen Cricket Club.
The Team won every game and took on Contour Housing and New Fylde housing before beating the hosts "A" Team in the final with a cracking final score of 81 of 6 overs.
Team Captain John Walker went up for the trophy on behalf of the team showing off the Caps sponsored by Ainsworth and Parkinson (CGA's marketing and communications agency).
Team Manager and part time umpire Paul Atkinson ( Director of Resources at CGA) commenting on the team's efforts " The team played a blinder with everyone making a great contribution the trophy cabinet at CGA has a new member".
